Sanctuary is a unique bottle-conditioned saison with Blasted Church’s Gewürztraminer grape must.
They hit the mark on balancing the pepper, spice, citrus, and grape must. Like most saisons, wine drinkers would become converts when trying this. The grape addition is an added lure.
Drink this chilled, like you would a lambic (at 5 – 10 C).
