A well-made pilsner. It’s crisp, clean, and has a strong malt/biscuity base.
Poured a thick head that dissipated quickly. Light amber in colour, see-through. Expected more red for a red pilsner.
Sweet, biscuit, light caramel, a bit earthy, a touch of citrus. Light body and carbonation; clean.
