Inspired by Pear Rhubarb crumble, the smooth Pear character in this Sour Ale blends with the tart fresh Rhubarb creating a surprisingly refreshing and delicious combination. The Wheat provides a bread crust-like undertone and the addition of Lactose rounds out the mouthfeel softening the sharper acidic notes.
