Taking an intimate look at the KPU Brewing Program with Flights Series
In this week’s episode of Flights, the team visit the brewing lab at Kwantlen Polytechnic University to discover more about the brewing program.
Interviews with instructors, as well as current and former students help provide a personal view of the brewing program at KPU. We are shown just what it’s like to be part of the program, what a typical day in the course looks like, plus the science and practical brewing techniques are learned. As Beer Me BC has discussed in previous articles about the KPU brewing program (see below), each student comes with their own unique experiences but the common thread between each of them is a passion for brewing excellent beer.
Check out the video on the Vancouver is Awesome Facebook Page and as always, be sure to like Flights Series on Facebook for more info on this and future episodes.
