Parallel 49 Brewing Co. Orale Tequila Gose Review
The summer of 2016 has seemingly turned into the summer of the Gose. From Parallel 49 Brewing comes the Orale a Gose that is infused with Tequila through being aged in Tequila barrels. This beer comes in at 4.5% alcohol and is a colour of golden straw and has a full three fingers of head that settles fairly slowly for the style of beer. The aroma is quite strong for a Gose with tequila and oak aromas yelling arriba to your senses. The sour aspect also comes through on the nose with a light acidity and lemon-like sourness. Sipping the beer it is quite strong with the tequila flavour and the oak tones that come with it. The Sourness hods things down though and the salt pinches the cheeks and tingles the tip of the tongue. In the finish a salty, tequila flavour lingers behind in a sharp and defined manner. This is an intense Gose and something totally unique from Parallel 49 Brewing.
Alcohol – 4.5%
