Dead Frog Brewery – Red Dragon Imperial Red Ale Review
Dead Frog has partnered with iconic skate company Red Dragon to brew an Imperial Red Ale. We can only assume that the dragon killed the frog here but who doesn’t like frog legs. From the bottle labelled with a snarling dragon this beer pours as an opaque, deep amber colour topped with nearly two fingers of very tight, heavily lacing head. A creamy and alcohol rich aroma comes through on the nose in a well citra-hopped and spicy package. The body is quite big but not as creamy as you may have guessed. The flavour is big and heavily hopped with a citrus and piney-ness to it. A slightly burnt flavour plus a deep spice gives an added bitterness to the flavour in a robust and malty Imperial Red Ale. This is a big and complex beer that holds a big spice, strong hop and an alcohol punch.

Iconic skate company red dragon has a
Fruity Burnt flavor that can’t be beat. After a long
day at work the thirst is quenched and goes well with tacos, pizza, or spagetty. Ha ha. Burp!
Shocked how good this beer tastes, Red Fkn Dragons
