R&B Brewing Wild Spruck Tip Ale Review R&B Brewing Co. – Chef Series Wild Spruce Tip Pale Ale Review

The second release from R&B Brewing in the Chef Series comes as a collaboration between R&B Brewing and Vancouver chef, Brian Skinner of The Acorn. This West Coast Pale Ale is infused with BC wild spruce tips and appears an amber colour topped with a single finger of lacing head. From this beer comes a lightly caramelized flavour along with a decent west coast hop and a light and fresh spruce note. The flavour kicks off light on the tongue and fresh with nice malted tones, mild-citrus hops and the freshness of bc grown spruce trees. This is a delicious and refreshing Pale Ale that is light and easy drinking with an added BC twist. The spruce tips add the west coast flavour that we love without the bitterness tied to the hops! A delicious collaboration of local flavours from Acorn and R&B.
