Taking their well known Pale ale and throwing it in the still brewmaster Kevin Emms and the Deep Cove Team has transformed their delicious ale into a Brandy. Once properly distilled the product was held for 6 months in whiskey barrels before being bottled in a limited number of 375ml bottles. Called the Hilda this unique BC spirit tastes of caramel and biscuits with the sweetness and malt notes of a Pale Ale coming through. The spirit resembles the flavour of a mild Rye Whiskey with a touch of added sweetness.
