Moon Under Water Brewery – Light Side of the Moon Session Ale Review
As an entry into the canning market the Moon under water brewery has come out with a 473ml can sold in four packs of the all new Light Side of the Moon Session Lager. This Victoria brewed beer has a beautiful wrapped label and it pours a lightly clouded, straw colour topped with two fingers of head which settles fairly quickly without a trace. The smell is light, and filled with the summer to come. Strong orange peel flavours give this a unique, light and beer that scrams to be drank on the beach in the sun. In the flavour the beer extremely light verging on that of a Radler. The citrus notes of orange and lemon with light malts make for a beer that could be consumed in the matter of seconds on a hot summer day. Hops do not really come into the equation and while drinkers hoping for a trip to flavour country could be disappointed here the summer crowd will find a new friend with the Light Side of the Moon Session Lager!
