Spinnakers Gastro Brewpub – India Session Pale Ale Review

The India Sessions Pale Ale has a malty aroma with a touch of hop. The beer is a golden amber with thin head that settles quickly. The taste starts off quite mellow and builds into a hoppy masterpiece. The palate is left with a very piney bitterness that is strong and long-lasting. The bitterness comes from a strong 65IBU and a distinct northwest style hop. Out-hopping the 55IBU India Pale Ale this is more bitter than expected but rather clean and simple to drink. There are not many flavours hiding in this one it is simple and smart. Head to the brewery and pick up a bottle.
