Hoyne Brewing Co. – Devil’s Dream IPA Review
The Hoyne IPA kicks off with a hoppy malted aroma and a golden hue. The beer pours with a mid-thick head and some sediment at the bottom that makes for a cloudy finish to your pour. The beer hits the tongue with a bit of citrus then builds into a mid-sweet, bitter finish filled with hop and a bit of sharpness. This is not quite as smooth as I would have expected from Hoyne but then, maybe that was the idea? This is a solid IPA with good flavour but is unfortunately hard to find as it is currently only at the brewery and a very select number of craft brew locations.
