Whistler Brewing Co. – Pineapple Express Wheat Ale Review

The first taste of the of the Pineapple Express Wheat Ale is quite mild. The Pineapple is light and mellow while the wheat ale comes through lightly and smoothly. As the bottle empties though the Pineapple Express charges into town. The subtlety of this beer wears off as the with time and the fruity flavour comes through. The start of this ale was more enjoyable than the finish as it became too sweet and floral as time went on. In moderation this can be quite nice; share a bottle with a friend or two and you are in for a treat.
