Cannery Brewing – Wildfire IPA Review

The Cannery Wildfire IPA has a strong hop flavour paired with a honey-caramel, lightly burnt flavour. Much darker than your typical IPA the Wildfire is by no means average. The hop kicks in during the grand finally where this beer has a distinct bitterness adding depth and layers to a great tasting beer. If you are looking for an IPA with a ton of hop and nothing else this is not your beer. If you are feeling a bit adventurous and want something with some real depth to it then give this a try
