The Bowen Island Brewery Irish Cream ale is a nutty brown colour with a thick and full head. The taste has depth and comes through with a distinct nutty flavour. While the nuttiness is not hiding behind any curtains the beer is still relatively light and the sweetness does not overpower the underlying flavours.
